This place preys on elderly couples!

My mother and 74 y/o step-father went into the store to look at daybeds. They explained the need for a bed to sleep on nightly and gave a list of all of the medical issues (bad back, oxygen, rod in hip, diabetes, etc), they needed something that would provide support and that was comfortable. A salesperson proceeded to show them and sell them a futon! I called and spoke to a salesperson (Henny), and then the owner (Sam), who then passed me off to a manager named Victor. According to Victor, my mom insisted on getting a futon (which she was led to believe was a daybed) - despite asking over and over for a daybed.

In what world does a futon pass for a daybed? My mom's health is deteriorating even more - there is a piece of wood poking out from underneath the frame and it is causing a lot of damage to her leg AND her back is getting worse. I asked that the store exchange the futon for a daybed and they refused citing health code regulations. They blamed my mother not wanting to spend a lot of money on their decision to convince them to buy a futon. They said they showed her a medical bed and some futons. She said they didn't show her a medical bed - just futons. I understand the rules, BUT I also understand doing doing what is right. Despite acknowledging that the purchase was not what she wanted and wasn't appropriate for the situation, they sold a futon to an elderly couple that didn't know any better. They will not exchange and/or give some sort of credit towards getting a more appropriate...

I WOULDNT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM IF THEY GAVE IT TO ME FOR FREE !!! IF U LOOKING FOR A HONEST OPINION READ MY REVIEW! EVERYTHING THAT LOOK GOOD IS NOT GOOD! GO SOMEWHERE THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOUR MONEY AND FOLLOW UP ON WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO! I purchased a massage sectional back in December 2017!!!! It never worked! They sent this ghetto man over my house to keep claiming what was wrong with it and he never got to the actual problem! He stated it was a plug and they needed to order another 1! The manager kept saying my part will be here next week! It’s now may and I have yet to still het it fixed !!! Not to mention they bring my bar without the bar stools! Then realized the stools are completely Mitch match!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! I SHOULDNT NEED MAINTENANCE ON SOMETHING NEW AND PAID CASH OUT THE DOOR FOR! ONCE U OUT THEIR DOOR THEY DO NOT CARE OR RESPECT YOU!!!

Ps! My number has been the same and so have my address! Meaning I’m not hard to find nor get a hold of! Saying u tried to reach out to me is a lie to make yourself look good! Save your lies because I had to call and text over 23 times about my bar stool and part you all claimed was u see warranty! THIS PLACE WILL GET YOU IN THE DOOR AND AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE ITEMS THEY WILL NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY SAY...

I made a significant purchase from this furniture store a couple of years ago, furnishing my entire house. Initially, I refrained from leaving a review despite facing issues with my furniture right from the start. However, after a friend I referred to this store encountered similar problems with their sofa set, I felt compelled to share my experience to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.

The leather quality of the sofa sets is extremely poor and feels fake. Both mine and my friend’s sofa sets are tearing apart within a short time of use. It’s disappointing that a big purchase meant to last for years has turned out to be of such low quality.

To make matters worse, the store is completely unresponsive when we try to reach out for assistance or resolution. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this store. Don’t let the initial promises mislead you like...
