Updates April 2022 it's still the best african restaurant in town. I always stop by when traveling through Columbus and even met another customer who is a truck driver who shared stopping by each time he travels through as well. The decor has been improved, the seating area is more inviting and could even hold a reception. Best African restaurant in columbus. A must try for anyone living or traveling through OH. My favorite dish is the tchep any option with fish or lamb but EVERYTHING on the menu is good and a must try! Nice place to experience the Senegalese or West African culture. Worst customer service ever! I literally spoke to the lady and told her they forgot my side that was supposed to come with my order. She told me to complain to Uber eats and not her. Then proceeded to hang up in my face. I would definitely not recommend using no delivery apps when ordering from this place. I called back, and she told me to order something else so they can add my missing side to the new order just to get charged again. They still did not deliver my side. We have now done both dine in and carryout. Chez Rama knocked it out of the park both times. The food was packaged well for carryout and the portions were generous and delicious. Dining in allowed us to try some daily specials that we might not have ordered without the helpful staff giving recommendations. The ginger drink is my favorite and we end up ordering multiple desserts to take home because it's impossible to pick which is best. For both types of dining, the staff has been courteous despite taking several phone orders and coordinating carryout orders during our visit.
