I had an autopayment set up with them for an entire year then all of a sudden you had to start making Manuel payments or something. I've called numerous times to make sure they had the card on file which they do. They kept reporting my payments late which I mean they were in control since you know how auto payments work. Then after 3 times making sure they have the card. They continue to not draw payment and threaten to put the last month payment into collections through my uncle instead of simply calling me and addressing their incompetence. I stop going to this gym for two reasons, a lack of organization and no sauna. Save yourself the headache. Very unprofessional and this is the "new management" what a joke. I had called to make a swim party for my daughter, the lady at the front desk, told us it be fine for her to have one,even though shes turning 4. I asked if the age thing really mattered. And she told me,not really as long as i was with her,it didnt matter. So i go and pay $250. And get a call the next day saying oh im sorry you cant have a party here. But i just payed you for a party.Do i get my back? The lady on the phone said i would get it back by next friday, sounds to me nobody can do there job right there. How is my fault when i asked 10 different question about having the party there. Then they ask if i wanted a gym party. No thank you. Whats the point . I love working out here in the mornings. This facility has what I need to train for my races and triathlons. I love how warm the pool water is, it may be too warm for those fast swimmer but the temperature is just right for me. There are only two laps lanes but that is not an issue for me since I come early in the morning. I also have put my kids in swim lesson here and they seem to like them. The instructors and manager is very knowledgeable about swim lessons and pool safety. They also have reasonable party rentals. I had a gym party for my daughter and she said it was the best birthday party ever! They also offer pool parties. This Center also offers other programming options such as preschool open gym and fitness classes like spin, Zumba , TRX...
