Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbus

When I walked into krogers I was immediately met with the smell of sh1+. Not sure if it was someone shopping or what. Waited for my mobile order to be completed for about 5 mins or so. After he handed me my drinks they tell me they are out of every sandwich except tomatoe and pesto (which I had already ordered 1) I told them I didn't want a replacement for the sandwich they didn't have in stock to give me a refund. I was told they "can't issue a refund because it's not an option". I then asked then why are you selling something you don't have. they responded "we run out of stuff". If you can't refund someone then your inventory needs to be above par. Selling items you know aren't in stock and can't be issued a refund is scamming. The other 2 employees were staring at me and laughing. Interesting how they have time to laugh at people who are literally there so they can keep a paycheck but don't have time to take proper inventory. Once i got home i tried the tomato pesto sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting. The tomatos tasted rotten, the pesto tasted the way cat pee smells and the bread was worse than a Popeyes biscuit. Absolutely terrible, the rudest employee I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. I was there at 9am on a monday. She took 10 minutes to understand my order, pumpkin latte with oatmilk and vanilla, which is what I always get at other locations. She kept trying to make me order a pumpkin spice latte. I also ordered a tall decaf with cream and sugar. She has an awful attitude, is combative, and is sarcastic and short with me. She then makes the drink. After receiving the drink I ask about the decaf, I step back until she's done and turns out she made my latte decaf. Frustrated and done with the whole thing I left, I spent 6 dollars on a decaf latte, I couldn't believe it. Just awful. I will absolutely never come back. Have gone to this location for years... Prior visits were wonderful. However this location has gone down hill extremely!!! Not only waited in line for well over 20 min and literally one person in fronte of me, there are 3 workers working and they can not get it together. My three daughters ordered just three simple drinks they made the first two and we stood there ten minutes while the three of them were talking laughing and walked out of the area and left us and a huge line of people waiting... Why not sure no apology, nothing till someone came and asked if we were waiting on something. YES the rest of my order just a simple frap. It was made and spilling everywhere and no napkins and again no apology... Shame on you...
