So… overall it is a clean restaurant but were in such a hurry the screwed up twice. First she didn’t listen to me when I ordered the meal so when I asked for a #8 one with a cup of coffee and one with a hot chocolate. She rang all that out separately… not adding hash browns. Then the guy was in such a hurry to make the sandwich he didn’t wait to see the order finish and see that I had ordered them on an Everything bagel.
When I got back to my hotel room across the street (I know I should have checked before I left) I noticed that while the sandwiches were nicely made, but it was a plain bagel and barely toasted. I could have gotten over this, but when I didn’t see the hash browns that I assumed I had paid for I decided to go back and get corrected.
When I got there she explained to me how she charged me and why the hash browns weren’t there… which fine, but why would you assume I didn’t want a meal when I ordered the way I did. But the guy making the sandwich told her that she didn’t put everything bagel up by the time he started making the sandwiches so he just assumed they would be a plain bagel.
Fine, mistakes made… I get back to my hotel again and it was obvious how annoyed this guy was with how the sandwiches were put together as everything was just haphazardly thrown on there and we had to go back and remake them again.
My big thing is. When I walked in, I was the only one in the restaurant, and there were two cars in the drive through. I get these mistakes when it is super busy, but they had all the time in the world to get it right. Food, coffee, and Timbits all tasted good, and Employees were friendly enough. Need a good leader there to help them know...
Read moreI’m not one to leave A review, but after being disrespected the way I was this morning, I really cannot help myself. I’ve been an everyday customer at this Tim Hortons for the past 2 1/2 years. Coming through the drive-through this morning and pulling up to the speaker I was not greeted. I sat for five minutes, waiting for somebody to get on the speaker and ask me for my order. I eventually pulled up to the window thinking that maybe the speaker was broken .. before saying anything, the lady at the window swung it open and told me we don’t take orders at the window. I told her that I understood but nobody greeted me back there and I was sitting there for five minutes. She continued to tell me that they do not take orders at the window and that I needed to go around. I chuckled, thinking that she was just joking with me and she looked me in my face and told me that this is not a joke. She is not being funny that I needed to go back around to get my order taken. So unprofessional so rude so disrespectful … I honestly just couldn’t even believe it being that I see this lady every single day when I come through just how absolutely disgusting she was treating me.. After going back-and-forth for a good 10 seconds, she proceeded to tell the employee behind her get her espresso shot.. I was so thrown off by the whole situation that I just pulled off and I will never be back again. I honestly just do not think disrespectful unprofessional people should be working a drive-through window dealing with every day people. Not cool at all.. it honestly makes me so sad and it ruined my entire day. In my opinion, the lady needs a...
Read moreSo about two years ago I discovered that a black iced coffee from Tim Hortons is dare I say it- better than A starbucks black iced coffee, I frequented this Tim Hortons basically every work morning of my life for a consecutive 1.5 years and received the GREATEST customer service imaginable from the drive thru cashier. I took a momentary hiatus and took my happy over spending self to Starbucks for a good 3-4 month period. I was having a rough morning had to run errands before work and stopped by at this Tim Hortons as a break from my normal Venti Starbucks overspend. The Drive Thru cashier assisted me, BUT also remembered and asked where I had been. Exactly 0 occassions has my starbucks barista remembered or cared even though I see her every weekend. I now feel in my morning commute I have to add my stop back to this Tim Hortons because of this cashiers interaction. I discussed with coworkers who advised they have the SAME experience everytime with this guy, and I sincerely hope that the company as a whole appreciates his efforts because I can say for our office he is what makes them keep...
