Disappointing experience at Mud Creek. I expressed interest in purchasing a bench and was told it was still available. Excited as I arrived I see the bench clearly displayed for sale no sold sign posted. However, when I arrived to finalize the purchase, I found out they had sold it to someone else. The communication breakdown was unfortunate, and I hope the store improves its inventory management and customer communication. A publicly posted phone number would help...
