Horrible customer service. Lady that sits in the far back right corner has an attitude problem. Was told when getting the service I had to pay a one time install fee. I moved out of state for a job and had to cancel my service. When I moved back I still had the modem and line running to my house. I called to have my service turn back on and was told I had to pay am installing fee. I reminded them that it was already installed and I still had the modem. The lady told me that she could turn it on from the office. Within an hour I service again. The lady said I didn't have to pay install fee. I just got my bill and they charged me an install fee. I called and was put on hold forever and was told a supervisor would call me back. Well no call, so the next day, I called the and talked to the supervisor. I was told since it's been over 90 days I had to pay a install fee. No one came out to install all they had to do was turn a switch at the office for me to get service. The signal is very bad I can't not watch a movie without it going out. It resets itself 4 times a day. I remember from last time I had bad signal. But it's the only option we have beside satellite. They told me since I signed the contract I was obligated to pay the install fee. If I knew that I would not have signed tje contract. I was lead under false pretenses that I didn't have to pay install fee. Customer service F Signal C- Being disabled I only get 800 a month.
