Circle E Pawn and Gun — Local services in Commerce

I was treated like a criminal whenever I tried to purchase a firearm, and the general attitude of the workers the moment I walked in was subpar at best. The lady in there was super rude and not at all accommodating for the customer, saying I was “denied for a gun” whenever I returned a second time with a friend (whom they also denied because I was simply in the building since they were under the impression he was buying the gun for me, which was not the case.) I had already taken my business elsewhere and purchased a firearm at a place where the workers don’t look sideways at you just because you’re a different ethnicity looking to protect yourself. I bet if it wasn’t a young Hispanic and African American man that came in to look around, and was instead the individual I described above, they wouldn’t have given them much trouble at all. What also was incorrect was the fact that I was denied at all. The paperwork hadn’t even been finished yet, nor the background check initiated, as I needed to get a change of address on my license since I recently turned 21. I drove almost an hour to pick up stolen merchandise. Their website said they were open till noon. I made several calls and it kept going to some answering service with no instructions. When I got to the store they had their hours posted on the door and today's date was marked out with a black marksalot they could have at least changed their website or their answering machine.

Update to my review: After being in contact with law enforcement, they did cooperate with me to find out that my stolen merchandise was, in fact, there. Absolutely not even worth anyone’s time , honestly both gentlemen that work there are very nice and understanding and knowledgeable , for the elderly lady that works there attitude immediately as you walk through the door , doesn’t treat people equal kind or with respect unless you have privilege writing on your face and will down rite low ball you Just to get you out of there store. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to even look at that place. It honestly suck for the people that need help through out the week or just looking for looking for a good deal on tools or firearms!!!
