The manager at this location “Ron “ was extremely disrespectful. I called the wrong location to check on lumber being transferred to the Quinlan location from the commerce store. He was rude and condescending on the phone . Told me there was no deliveries on Sunday. We had already been to the Quinlan location and was standing there when the worker call and ordered the materials to be delivered in 2 to 3 hours. There is no excuse for any employee much less a manager to speak to a customer the way he spoke to me today ! Shame on you Ron ! I’m disappointed that Fix and Feed would employ a manager with the lack of customer...

When you go in to this store you really have to watch. The shelf prices show one price but when you get to the register items ring up as a different price. Even though the shelf price is clearly marked they will not honor the advertised/post cheaper price. I really think this is an intentional practice to get you to buy thinking you won't catch the error in the pricing around the store. I guess when your the only option on some things in commerce you can screw over your customers and get away with it. Oh and they charge tax on everything except feed, even when you have a farm tax...

They made lemonade! Lucky Cross ranch ordered some 12' portable corral cattle panels from Fix and Feed in Commerce TX but the distributer included some unuseable panels of an incorrect length. Distributer promised to send correct length, but after a week stated that he didn't have them. This went on for 3-4 weeks. Finally, Fix and Feed obtained a higher quality product from another store and delivered them to our ranch with no delivery charges. Thank you Fix and Feed--we will buy...
