My husband and I ordered our Park Model RV tiny house from HomeCo in Cumby, Texas, in October 2020. We ordered the Athens Park Model APX 150. It’s 11’ wide and 35’ long. Our model has vaulted ceilings and 36” wide doors, with a pocket door for the bathroom and bedroom. We opted for a side entry with no porch or loft. Our tiny house was delivered on April 2, 2021. The delivery process was very smooth and the set-up crew did a great job. The only thing damaged in transit were 2 sets of window blinds. We had 5 days to report any broken glass (there was none), damage to flooring or cabinets, etc. Then we had 30 total days to report any other damage, like the blinds. A maintenance person came out May 25 to replace the blinds and touch up the paint on the cabinets. We had ordered all fixtures to be brushed nickel. What we got was polished chrome. After some back-and-forth, we were told that brushed nickel fixtures were not available for our model. Period. Also, we had to pay quite a bit extra for white cabinets. These are my only real complaints about the entire process. Here are some personal observations: My husband and I …

1. are really glad we spent the money to put our tiny house on a cement slab.
2. upgraded the insulation in the ceiling.
3. upgraded the kitchen sink, faucet.
4. upgraded to a tile shower with no glass door for ease of access because we are Seniors.
5. upgraded to a tall toilet.
6. added a few additional windows in the front.
7. opted not to have a stove installed, but had the counter go all the way across the space. We are going to use a 2-burner portable cook top and an air-fryer/toaster oven for cooking. We put a trash can and rolling cart in the open space under the counter.
8. upgraded to a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator.
9. separated the gray water from the black water.

We touched up the interior paint (interior paint for touch ups was provided ... we are still waiting on getting some exterior paint) and we repainted all the interior trim with a satin finish paint that we bought because our tiny house came with the interior trim painted white in a flat finish. All in all, we are very happy with...

Let me start by saying that the selection of cabins is great but those who open in the morning provide customer service that leaves a lot to be desired. It's been raining off and on for weeks and I have wanted relatives in the market for a home to look at thier cabins. So twice I have been there at 9 am and I'm greeted by basically young adults (kids seemingly) who refuse to show the homes. When questioning him and asking why his response was its wet, we don't want them dirty, it's a lot to clean and we have to sell these models. Thier lack of work ethic and laziness was a complete turn off, which sucks because they really do have very cute cabins that we wanted to see.

If management is reading this. Please do something about this. I'm sure I'm not the first nor the last. This leaves a lasting impression not to mention loss of...

Great first experience at this dealership. Met Vicky our sales person. She was very cordial and knowledgeable. The thing that most impressed my wife and me was what happened next. Vicky gave us a map of the homes, pointed out the ones that might work for us and gave us a key and told us that she would be glad to go with us or we could go explore and look.
