Rubi's Flower Shop — Local services in Compton

So I ordered my flowers online through their website to be delivered for mother's day. I made 2 separate orders for 2 separate locations. I had to change my order for one of them to get picked up and the said it was ko problem and I could come in at 10 mother's day morning to pick it up. When I get there it was a complete mess. We come to find out that they had sold my arrangement for pick up and didn't have the flowers necessary to make the bouquet anymore. We had to ask 5 different people about our order and none of them came back to us about it. We over heard 2 of the workers saying that they had to make our flowers with whatever was available and still no one came to tell us about it for another 30 minutes! They failed to mention that they sold our arrangement and just said that they ran out of flowers. I didn't want to leave empty handed so I told them to make it out of whatever they had. We waited an hour and they still hadn't started on our bouquet. I started to worry about my other delivery order and asked if I could have it made for pick up so I could take it home because they had a handful of other customers complaining that their flower orders were not getting delivered. It turns out they didn't have the flowers for that arrangement either and they had to work with whatever they had left. In total I waited 2 hours for them to give me whatever arrangements they could come up with and was not offered a discount or refund. I paid a collective $300 for both orders and think it is absolutely ridiculous that I went home with something that simply was not worth that value. Javier was very helpful and understanding I was ordering a flower package for my uncle funeral and I live out of town. I had never ordered from here before but saw the picture on Google and decided to go with Rubis Flower shop.. The flowers were beautiful he delivered on time and waited for me at All Souls so that I can finish paying him .. This man and his staff were sent from heaven everyone loved the flowers just as I did.. I would highly recommend him for any occasion his arrangements were fresh and detailed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take pictures of the other 2 arrangements but trust me they were just as beautiful. I ordered flowers for my parents anniversary on their website to be delivered the day of... I got a confirmation order number.. They took the money out of my account and never delivered the flowers..I ve been calling for 2 days and they never picked up ..My parents has been together for 38years but my Dad passed in 2016 and I wanted my Mom to get her flowers... I grew up in Compton and wanted to support a store in the city but this is one of the reasons the city got a bad rep..
