This doesn't even deserve a star.
This establishment has by far the worst employee communication.
Employee gave me a false name, not one but two employees.
I was given the wrong order and came back that same night for my food and was told by Ashley that she couldn't do anything for me they are closed and out of food. To come back tomorrow.
So I called the next day on my lunch break to complain but the manager was no were to be found. I spoke to Emanuel and said he would give me nachos for the inconvenience. He was really nice and made me feel like he understood my frustration.
I get to the drive thru speaker and it did not go well. Employee did not want to give me his name and was raising his voice and speaking over me. Unpolite, rude did not care about my situation. He claimed no one here by the name of Ashley or Emanuel works here and he was not aware of this situation.
I get to the window and he gives me my food and said his name is Francisco. He was claimed down and understanding at the time.
My main concern was, it was not fault I was given the wrong order and came back and was told "I can't do anything for you" by far the worst customer service. It's not my fault I was given fake names by your employees or the bad communication your establishment has.
And to top it off Francisco was the man who gave me the wrong order to begin with.
Please train your employees better and change your communication skills with the customers.
By far the worst experience I have...
Read moreThis is still one of my favorite places. As a somewhat of a regular here. I figured out that some items are to be ordered and some are not. If you are into ....TORTAS.... i would highly siggest getting the ....MINI MEXICAN BURGERS...... The tortas and the regular size mexican hamburgers usually come out dry. Ive ordered those items a lot of times and trust me, your better off getting about 4 mini mexican burgers if your really hungry and worried about portions.. another go to item for me is the .....ASADA FRIES..... they only come with fries cheese and beans and it is worth the extra money to add crema (sour cream) and guac. If you dont add that, it will most likely come out dry. And now for the ......... BURRITOS... i highly recommend getting the burrito with extra meat. If you do not get extra meat the burrito will have no meat in it. The .....TACOS..... in my experience are a little dry but have some prety good flavor. This place gets pretty expensive quick. But if you can afford to add the extras as i have explained, you will have a good experience. Price wise i would give it 2/5 but flavor is 5/5 when you know what you...
Read moreI used to come here since I was a kid, but it seems that their quality has gotten worse n worse. I use to live in san Diego where I came a-couple times to LA county to run some errands and I thought to swing by this place to grab a bite to eat, but it seemed to be a bit of a disappointment as the quality wasn’t as good and tasty as I remembered. Today, I came by to give it another try and it was an absolutely fail. The burrito I got was tasteless n the meat was a bit cold like if it was sitting there for a while and it taste like it was grilled without any seasoning. I also ordered a taco, but the tortillas were not freshly Made that it almost felt like the tortilla was just sitting there and getting stale n the meat had the same taste very bland. I have to say that This will be my last time visiting this place, what use to be extremely delicious is now a big disappointment, which explains the low traffic. If u want a really good burrito n cheap n good tacos try tacos Raul...
