Shiekh — Local services in Compton

Good evening. I am a truck driver who had asked the store manager at sheikh for permission to go and be with my family on pulling the plug on my great uncle today as he was one of the victims from the fire. I also kept in contact, but you literally got me a ticket after I left from asking for permission. I just feel like that was really rude, and wow, where is the humanity now days. As a truck driver we are the lowest respected hard worker that literally tries and still gets no respect from companies like this...I was born and raised here so WE "TRUCKERS" ARE VERY LIMITED ON PARKING! I guess you know that but may God bless you for the hate in your heart. My family or I will NEVER shop at sheikh EVER AGAIN!!! BECARFUL HOW YOU...

I went in store to purchase some sneakers and all the employees were standing around having a full blown conversation about who knows what?!? I had to approach them to get acknowledged! Asked for the shoes I wanted and was never greeted or asked if that was everything I needed they were to busy having their conversation! They made me feel as if were going to steal something; I get the fact that it’s located in Compton but you should never treat a Customer that way nor feel uncomfortable! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THEY SHOULD...

I had never visited the store and honestly, I wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for one specific item. I started driving here when I got off work and called to ask them to hold the item. He told me they would close soon and I had to be there by then, and I was going to. Then I made a wrong turn and was going to be 7 mins late so I called back. The rep was nice enough to stay open until I got there and the item is beautiful! That great customer service...
