Box Drop Concord is amazing. From the first time we visited, just to look around, they were as friendly as family. They let my overly energetic toddler take her shoes off and play on the furniture while my wife and I discussed what we liked with each other. When it came time to actually buy, we remembered how friendly and competitive their prices were, so we looked other places and went back to them. I had found the sectional that I wanted at Ashley and talked with them because they sold it too and they worked with me to keep my business instead of letting me go to a bigger competitor over a few dollars, and I am so thankful they did. After about a month of having my new couch, I noticed the corner section was sinking some (I am a large man) and I contacted Colton through the company facebook page, one of the brothers who owns the company. He gave me his personal number and I sent him pics and some info from the couch. He contacted the manufacturer and had a new corner section ordered for me within 3 days under warranty. I had a family emergency so I couldn't get it when it arrived but they said they would hold it until we had a chance to get it, they even texted and checked on the family member who was hospitalized. We picked it up and they were once again so kind to my entire family. Garrett and Colton treat you like family and go out of the way to make you a lifetime customer and friend. Big box stores have salesmen who only look for a commission and after that they couldn't care less about you, these guys own and operate the business everyday and will do everything in their power to make you think of them when its time for new furniture. I had the best time furniture shopping ever! Colton and his brother (sorry I can't remember his name because he is super amazing) made my morning of furniture shopping so pleasant. BoxDrop was my first stop of the day, with a plan of visiting 3-4 stores ... after visiting BoxDrop, I left with more than I planned, spending less than I had planned and had the rest of my day available for fun rather than shopping, because it was my first and last store of the day. "When it's right, it's right" my friend said. Their zero pressure sales presentation was so greatly appreciated. I wasn't followed around the showroom feeling pressured and stalked. They were available for questions and felt sincere with their advice. Prices cannot be beat! Colton's brother loaded up the truck and off we went. We planned to have most items delivered by a recommended furniture delivery team, but decided to take what would fit in the truck bed home. Lol We did get stuck at that point - me and my best gal pal helping me shop ... not sure how Colton's brother (again sorry to call you Colton's brother) I will change it to strong helpful gentleman ... lol ... effortlessly loaded the truck bed, but we definitely ran into a roadblock when we got it to my house and tried to unload. Us strong women, weren't able to unload some of the heavier stuff and had to call for back up. I purchased a sectional couch yesterday from BoxDrop and could not be more pleased with my experience! I clicked on their Facebook ad and was given the option to message. I was looking for something specific (sectional w/ 2 chaises) & knew my color palette of choice (dark blue or gray). Garrett reached out to me in a timely manner, & sent me pics of 3 sectionals fitting my criteria. Along with pricing INCLUDING tax, so I knew my "out the door" price. *I appreciated the pics so I didn't have to make the drive for nothing (Hey, we are all busy!) *There were no hidden charges or fees. Very simple. *This is BRAND NEW furniture. BoxDrop purchases it to sell. It is not furniture that has been "dropped" during shipping (as my husband initially thought from the name). *This is NAME BRAND. Ours is an Ashley. At less than the Ashley price! *It is IN STOCK. No waiting. *They can deliver (understandably, for a few) OR you can pick up yourself. You do not have that option with a conventional furniture store.
