Wings and Things — Restaurant in Concord

Our food was cold, fries were cold and hard and this just wasn't worth the 15 dollars. I can't give this place anymore chances

Update TO OWNER as of 01/18/21:

The owner is a liar because we ordered food in person. We waited 40 mins 2 people came in after us and got their food before us as your cook let it sit on the table, it wasnt till i asked the owner where our food was when the cook decided to finish the order, I left that part out to be mature about the situation but the fact you just told the world that our food was a delivery when we literally walked into your establishment and you handed us a menu and told us what you'd recommend us buying (Menu still in the car btw) is messed up. I remembered this clearly because your restaurant was the reason why we got to our destination late. (we sat near the door, I stood up to watch the cook after i noticed my sandwich just sitting there who was an older hispanic woman btw, you were wearing a red shirt, there was an ad for funnel cake fries..)

Now, Im not even buying gas at your establishment because I know you dont respect your customers, this should have warranted an apology not a lie to cover...

NEVER AGAIN.. if I could give -10 stars I would.. let me start by saying I was so excited about this place opening up.. tried it for the first time today ordered online for pickup. Ordered 2all beef hot dogs, didn't change anything wanted it just the way it came.. chili was left off, and the hotdogs were GREY and tasted rancid i spit it out, wouldn't even feed that to my dog.. ordered a cheeseburger and it asks online if you want to ADD toppings, I added pickles. Was supposed to have lettuce, tomato,onions,mayo.. all I received was a cheeseburger with pickles only.. I've had better meat from the frozen section of the dollar store.. ordered a chicken sandwich added pickles same thing as the cheeseburger.. only pickles on the sandwhich.. mozzarella sticks are ok (jack n the box has better) marinara sauce tastes like warm beer.. funnel cake fries are ok. EDIT: The instructions were left. Uber Eats does not make the food. I suggest learning some accountability and maybe just not make vegetarian food when you can make it vegan in the first place. What’s the point of vegan meats with regular cheese anyway? Have you thought of that? ~original post: I made an order through UberEats of the Impossible burger. I asked in the notes very nicely to please make it vegan. No cheese. No mayonnaise! So what did I get? A Burger with cheese and mayonnaise! This is unacceptable.
