Grainger Industrial Supply — Local services in Concord

For the last month I have been unable to order anything from grainger. When I call their customer service line, their only solution is for me to open a new account with a new user id. Which I do not want to do since I would like to keep all of my order histories. I transferred internally with my company and asked to be added to my new locations account, which was working fine for the last 12 months. Not sure if anybody from Grainger can help me keep my old order information. Right now tech support is telling me I need to create a new user id and password...which means I'll just be ordering from U-line as I have been...
