Recently, I needed a new printer. Over the course of several weeks, Ethan Ting worked with me, listening closely to my answers to his questions about printer needs, work habits, long- and short-term goals, budget, etc. He researched the H-P product line and came up with the perfect printer for me: an H-P PageWide Pro 477. Read moreRecently I had a malfunction with my computer blinking on and off. When I couldn't rectify the situation on my own, I popped the computer into the car and headed to R-Computer. They have built and worked on my computer several times. I met Stephen when I took the computer in and he hooked up the base to his monitor to give a quick assessment of the problem. It was something that wasn't evident right away, so he took the computer for further evaluation. In a few days I had a call back from him that he had located the problem and was able to fix it. While he had it, he also notified me that my hard drives were getting full and one of the two was running slowly. As this is my work horse computer it was imperative that my drives work flawlessly. He was already on it and replaced both of my drives and increased the capacity for each. I am not a computer "mechanic-guru" and appreciate Stephen's foresight in getting the right fix for my computer. Read morePlease forgive some background. I purchased a custom desktop from R Computer seven years ago. After some initial problems, due to a processor, nothing that R Computer built, this computer has performed INCREDIBLY. After replacing laptops every couple of years I consider this one of the best purchases I've EVER MADE. Basically no problems other than an issue with Office licensing which again, was no fault of R Comp. They helped me with it anyway as they did when I finally switched to Windows 10, free of charge. Recently I had a problem which turned out to be my fault but Steven, who it turns out actually built my computer, ran a diagnostic, again free of charge due to the fact that R Comp built the unit. Though the unit still performs basically flawlessly, I had Steven do a tune up, partially because I had been thinking about it anyway and because I felt guilty for wasting their time.
