1 star for cleanliness and 1 star for coffee access. I took my almost 3 yr old here and she was bored within 30 min. I don't know how this is for 6 yrs and under. When we were there a weekend most kids were 2 or under and there was also a birthday which was awkward being there among a birthday party. We left after 30 min and went to Jumpity bumpity at the mall as she was bored. There are no STEM toys. It was like an indoor playground for 2 and under. They have 2 roller coaster cars there where kids have to wear a helmet which we couldn't get because kids were running around wearing them when not on the ride and the then the course is not safe having kids literally slam into a somewhat cushion barrier which could still give a child whip lash. I watched kids slam into the barrier with full force (that can't be safe) so no way I was letting my child on there even with a helmet. We got to encore gym and now protective gear is needed or will barrier as there is enough room to slow the car down. I would say this place is good for 2.5 yrs and downs with lots of adult supervision as adults were walking around with hot beverages and kids running around. Def not the safest place and you MUST watch your child literally be at their side. I was disappointed as I couldn't wait to try this place out due to reviews but was disappointment but what it turned out to be an indoor playground....

We had our child’s 4th birthday party there over the weekend (Aug 2024) and it was AWESOME! The playground/gym is very clean, the bathroom smells good and felt clean. There is a 0-3 baby soft play area which was good for younger kids and then inside was more for older kids. The inside was very fun and few of the major hits were the two cars that rolls down the tracks and lands in a giant cushion, the electric vehicles that kids can drive around on the paths, the giant plane (sort of like a balancing structure) that can accommodate 4-5 kids at once on each side, the tree house slide and the play kitchen/building blocks. I also LOVED the fact that there was a coffee and tea area for the parents and plenty of chairs/tables for small/big kids and parents. I also used their taco cart service along with the party, the food was pretty good and very convenient since it was set-up right outside. I received compliments from parents that the kids had FUN while the parents were able to sit back and relax. I definitely recommend Zyland’s Indoor Playground! We live nearby so I have taken my 2 year old for free play a few times which has always been great, but yesterday we had a party for our son and it was amazing. I had a lot of questions leading up to the event so I called in several times and each time they were so helpful. We only had about 10 kids (unfortunately some guests cancelled last minute) and the rest were teenagers/adults but everyone had a great time. I loved watching the guests arrive and see the play area for the first time. My 5 year old niece was in shock that all the toys were there for the party! She was so excited she barely stopped to eat. I highly recommend adding the back room because it gave us extra seating, room for food, and space to socialize away from the chaos of a bunch of kids running around to play with each and every toy available.
