Our company, AdamAlexis, worked primarily with Greg and his team to rebuild our website after we lost our domain name. Greg, in particular, demonstrated superb customer-service skills in his attentiveness, responsiveness, and solutions provided to issues that arose. I can't say enough about that and its importance to the relationship. I also commend Joe Sharp for his customer-service philosophy which the company clearly abides by. The website eventually turned out beautifully although it did take some time to get there, We do recognize, however, that it can be a painstaking process with lots of customer input and feedback, which were essential to making it what we wanted. Greg was extraordinarily patient and always courteous, pleasant, and did his utmost to explain things at length, which is what we were looking for.
