10/22/24 update. Night after night there are 18-wheelers that park right next to our fences. The trucks are extremely loud and it’s after 11pm and it sounds like it’s in my house! The store won’t answer the phone, so I guess the cops will be called. Our HOA and residents are looking into noise pollution laws and code enforcement requirements for fencing, light pollution and other things with this store since they don’t care about the people that live behind it. I live in the neighborhood behind this store and it hasn’t even opened yet, but there is music blaring from outdoor speakers. It’s 3am and nobody is there. The owners have no consideration for the neighborhood directly behind the store. They also installed lights that are so bright some of the street lights coming into the neighborhood think it’s daytime and don’t come on! To top it off, they have tall lights in the back that are blinding and aren’t directed so as not to invade the people that live directly behind the store. At night, it looks like it’s mid-day in their backyards and bright in their rooms. There has also been tons of trash blown along the subdivision’s road and into the neighborhood. Given this place hasn’t even opened, I’m sure it’s only going to get worse. Hell, there’s already 18-wheelers parking overnight and we get to listen to them run all night and if you’re on your back porch, they are literally looking straight at ya watching everything you do. It’s actually pretty scary. Please have some respect for the families that live in the neighborhood behind you and address these issues. We would all appreciate it. … and it’s hilarious that there were no comments before I posted this but suddenly there were a few very positive reviews shortly after. It’s obvious the positive reviews were created by the owner or people they instructed to do so. However, I now see an additional honest review, which is also negative. I’m sure there will be more to come. Night after night we now have trucks parked running and making loud noise. Thanks!
