Signature Cleaners — Local services in Conroe

I love supporting small businesses but Signature Cleaners will not be getting my business and I will be telling everyone about my experience. I dropped my linens off with my rolling basket Monday the 15th and was told they would be ready for pickup by Wednesday. I arrive Wednesday and I'm told my linens are not ready and they gave my basket away to another customer that they were trying to retrieve it. I'm in utter shock. I tell them I need my linens they are for work along with my basket. They continue to apologize. I ended up having to borrow linens for work. I got a call Thursday saying that my linens were there the entire time but still no basket. I told them I need everything back, and stressed this was for my work. I ended up getting everything back on Friday the 19th but had to pay full price of $83.50, which was just a set of 12. After all the inconvenience they caused you would have thought they would have offered a discount but they did not. Also my linens were not folded or organized. I mentioned all this to the guy and he apologized again and said we're not use to doing businesses linens. If you're not use to doing it, then why wasn't I told this when I dropped off my linens. Absolutely a horrible experience and a bad way to do business. First and last time ever using...
