I'm a first time Mother of the Bride and could not have been happier with the service, fashion knowledge and ease of buying my gown at T.Carolyn. I walked in (with my daughter THE BRIDE) and was warmly greeted and registerd, the layout of the store was easy to understand and maneuver through. The selection was overwhelming, everywhere I looked I saw dresses, long, short, ball gowns, dresses with jackets, shawls and pant suits in colors of every shade. After a few minutes of browsing through the unbelievable selection I was thankfully approached by a sales associate, name Terry. She greeted me with a I'm here to work for you kind of attitude. She asked all the right questions, do I have a particular style in mind, what are the colors of the bridal party (including the color of the tuxedos), is there a theme to the wedding, what is the setting....and a few more I can’t remember. We walked through the store choosing dresses to try on, Terry being conscious of my budget and my daughters input. We discussed all the necessities...undergarments, shoes, jewelry and the best silhouette for my body. After trying a few of the dresses we selected on, Terry disappeared and come back with a royal blue one shoulder dress and asked if I could try it on, I saw my daughters eyes light up. That normally means she loves it and I don't. I put the dress on and looked in the mirror, OK not too bad for a 55 year old size 14 woman. It sure made my eyes look blue and put some color in my cheeks. I stepped out of the dressing room and heard Wow's, not only form my daughter but the other customer. Now, this I could get used to. Terry walked me over to a viewing stage (you can see yourself from every angle) there are several in the store. She pinned this, tucked that, showed me how to camouflage my arms with the matching shawl and said take a look. I could not believe it was me looking back, I looked beautiful, the last time I felt this good was on my wedding day. Everything about the gown was perfect...the color, the style was modern, updated, elegant and very appropriate for my age. I did not look like my mother did at my wedding and I wasn't wearing a Miss America gown either. My daughter had tears in her eyes and said “Mom you look gorgeous!" All I could think of to say was" this is my dress". I walked out with the dress, jewelry to match perfectly, feeling like a million bucks and smiling from ear to ear. After traveling to different stores and trying on multiple dresses in search of the perfect dress for me for my daughter’s wedding, I was ecstatic to find the one at T Carolyn. With my busy schedule, I typically never have the time to write reviews but I knew this one was an absolute must. I was incredibly impressed with T. Carolyn for several reasons and I will list them here for others to see as well. First off, I am plus size so finding a dress that I was comfortable in and my style was already a challenge. I was referred to your store by a bridal shop after mentioning how difficult it had been for me to find the perfect dress. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online hat consisted of answering questions based on my size, style of dress, etc. This made it so much more convenient when I went into my appointment because the employee, Danté, had laid out several dresses that he thought were my style based on the answers I provided. I was extremely impressed with Dante and his customer service skills. He not only made me feel comfortable, but also made sure I was getting exactly what I was wanting. After speaking with him for a few minutes, he had this look and said he had a dress he wanted to try on. When he pulled the dress I immediately began thinking I would never wear a dress like that. It was too much out of my comfort zone..or so I thought. Anyway, I trusted him and gave the dress a try and...I FELL IN LOVE. I still do not know how he was able to know which dress was the one but after trying on several dresses, I knew that the first one he brought out was the one for me. I purchased it and wore it this past weekend for my daughter's wedding. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received due to how gorgeous the dress was. Thank you from the bottom of my heart T. Carolyn and to you Dante for making me look amazing and feel so special at my daughters wedding! I highly recommend this business for any formal wear and would give it endless...

I was very excited to go into this store after looking online. I thought this was the one. Walking in I wasn't greeted, employees passed me up not asking if I needed help. I walked around the whole store and no one asked me a question. I finally went up to one employee asking if anybody could help me. Once I got service it was great, however I felt like they didn't listen to me as far as my colors I need for my bridesmaids. The style yes, they were on point. But the colors I needed was totally in one ear and out the other. I was clearly trying to make an easy sale for them. I even told her I'm tired of looking around at other stores and hope this was the last one. I ended up loving 3 dresses and walked out with no idea if they have my color. I kept asking her and it couldn't be answer. I even asked if I could look through something that is sorted by colors. And was basically told no. I was very disappointed. And here I am still in search for bridesmaids dresses. I will give them credit for the dresses they're absolutely beautiful!!

I'm that bride that isn't looking for it's typical bridesmaid dresses. I knew walking in it wasn't for bridesmaid. I have notice the style I'm looking for would be more of prom or special occasions. My wedding party has months to prepare so the four months waiting wouldn't have been an issue, asking would be better than assuming. As stated before you have beautiful dresses, I would've definitely order from you. But nobody can tell me if I can order them in the colors I requested.
