Absolutely worst dry cleaners I’ve ever been to. It’s been a while but I’m looking for a new one and stumbled on this again and wanted to warn people.

I started using them for my work clothes, they broke every single button on like 10 shirts. I pointed it out and they took them back to fix.

The next day I picked them up to find the same broken buttons simply turned around backwards which both looks stupid and does nothing as they were falling apart from being cracked so bad.

I went in and demanded it to be fixed to be unpleasantly greeted by a horrible young lady who gave me attitude and said it wasn’t their problem. Another young lady stepped in said she’d fix them.

I got half the shirts fixed, and when I say fixed that’s loosely. Mix matched buttons of different size and colors. Had to take them somewhere else to get it it fixed.

I have not nor will I ever come back...

I dropped my wedding dress off to get cleaned and preserved. The lady up front said her manager would call me and give me a price quote. A few days went by, didn’t hear anything. Then I called 3 separate times to get an answer on my dress. They always said they would call me back in an hour or two. Didn’t hear anything back each time. I finally went in the store to pick the dress up because it wasn’t being done. And they got the manager on the phone and gave me a price quote within minutes and said it couldn’t be done in a week. I was fine with waiting however long it would have taken but I did not care for the fact that I didn’t get a single answer for a week and it took me walking into the store to get one. Sorry, I simply won’t be using this...

Went to pick up 9 dress shirts this weekend and only received 5. Spoke to the attendant & was told I’d get a call on Monday regarding where they were. I called on Tuesday and was told I’d get a status by 2pm. To date- No Call and No Shirts. Disappointed with the integrity to not receive a call, apology or compensation. UPDATE: After two weeks of sleuthing the team at Super Dry Clean “FOUND” my shirts! I got to hand it to them they communicated often and persevered. THANK YOU to the team that searched & kept me posted on the progress. This is EXACTLY why others should use this business. They worked hard...
