Mediterranean Apartments — Local services in Contiguous United States

This place is worse than the management trying to maintain the property. We have recently been barricaded into the Apts. In case of fire we are in serious trouble. Management has no answers and doesn't want to help at all. Text and calls to management go unanswered. The fire dpt will be here to fix what's going on. Management is HORRIBLE and responses. If it doesn't bother them they aren't concerned. Rent prices may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. No water or hot water constantly, management refuses to answer questions about the pool we are paying for that we can't use, avoid at all costs. 3rd world living conditions. There are stray cats all over the place. Late at night they get into fights or in heat and make soooo much noise. Dogs aren't leashed and owners don't clean up after them. Pets aren't allowed unless they are service animals but they look the other way about that. Pool has been closed for almost 2 years but we still have to pay for it in rent costs. Parking is an absolute nightmare for over 8 months. What was once permit only is now assigned parking for all the stalls that are under construction. This has been that way for 8 months and counting. People park on the street and on trash days trash goes in the red zone making it very difficult to leave the property. I've been around for 4 accidents because of this. Rent has recently gone up and they provide less. No hot water or water at all, the 2 laundry rooms have different prices. Most washers and dryers don't work and the room is usually flooded. They take your money but are very hesitant to reimburse when you point out what you are paying for but aren't getting. Our heater was red tagged by the gas company!! They said it wasn't safe to use. That was months after we lived there. They let us move into an unsafe apt for money. That says alot. Management refused to pay us for the extra electricity we were using for a heater in the mean time. Cmon!!! That's part of...

This place is turning for the worst . No parking , water issues every monthe expect not to have hot water for couple days. Maintance mickey mouses everything. Maintance on site shows they have privleges thats other tenants cant have. Used to be real peacefull till they just started allowing anybody To move in ,kids playing till late hours if you like peace you wont find it here and property managment fires whoever tries to do good for tenants . I don't know how to reply but I will answer this . There's been shooting in the complex . Cops have been here very frequently and management doesn't care her answer to everything is talk to corporate . As the maintenance on site to to privilege to care what happens after hours he has multiple parkings for his guest as everyone in complex has to park quarters mile to park because there renovating parking for a yr . Everyone here hates thers job duties. Management is here to do her 8 hrs and not care about tenants and there issues. If anyone is trying to move in ask the residents they will vouch...

Any good reviews about this place are old reviews when I first moved to Mediterranean Apartments it was great the maintenance was great the management was great now this place ia straight up Trash! 🗑️🗑️ 🗑️. Management and Maintenance is now trash 🗑️🗑️🗑️. They hire new managers every two months most likely because they cant handle all the complaints about how 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️ this place is. The maintenance guys they most likely found them at Home Depot or Lowe's and put blue shirts and pants on them and said.you are now our maintenance men because they dont fix anything. The water is always off hot and cold im surprised all the tenets have not got together and sued this Trash 🗑️🗑️🗑️ place.
