Went there for a quick dinner and as usual the food is what it is - it’s good for fast food hot dogs. The girl that waited on me seems to be the same one and she’s very friendly, and kind, and accommodating. She has great customer service. The makings of a future manager.The manager on the other hand -he doesn’t speak. I asked to use the restroom and while I was in there 3 cockroaches came out to attack me. I had to protect myself, so I stomped on them. I promptly told the young woman and she was very apologetic and said she was sorry for that experience. Said all the right things. I mentioned it to the manager with the hairy neck, an he just stared at me and said, “OK.” That was it. Things like this can make or break a restaurant. You let the customer know that you’re going to take immediate action to do something about it and you apologize. Not that I was looking for an apology but I was looking for some concern on his part that his restaurant might be infested. I told him if roaches are in the bathroom, they’re in the store. Food was good for fast food and hot dogs. The customer service from the manager sucked wieners. The girl is the only reason they got as many stars as they did. Pass or fail? Passed, just barely....

Closest location to our house and every so often a chili dog sounds good. I feel like to be profitable they have to hire teens, but teens don't always have the same work ethic or sense of client appreciation as more experienced employees.

This location is a prime example of that, with longer wait times and less attention to detail and quality assurance. On my last visit they forgot my fries, and I like their fries.

Food quality has also gone down. I feel like I'm ordering All Beef more than original because the original just doesn't taste the same as I remember it as a kid. Feels generic and bland these days.

I got a chili cheese dog from this place. I ate it right away and noticed it tasted different but didn't think anything of it, thought maybe they changed the way they cook it. A couple hours after I started feeling nauseous. Continued on with my day while going to work whole symptoms got worse: stomach cramps and nausea got even worse. I got home from work around 12:45 am and had horrible stomach cramps and couldn't move because of it. Come to find out I have food poisoning and this is the last thing I ate.
