Bought a stove in the store and arranged delivery with the store; paid full retail price. I was told nothing was wrong with it, it appeared level in the store with no issues. When it was delivered, it was leaning forward quite a bit and we discovered the front feet had been completely broken off. When I called to discuss it and try to figure out a solution, I was asked if I flipped it over and looked at the bottom of the stove and the feet in the store. It had to have happened either at the store or during transport. The transportation people said it didn’t have feet when they picked it up; either they were lying to cover themselves after slinging appliances around all day long or that means the feet were broken in the store after purchase. She did offer to order new feet but the thing had been slammed so hard the housing was completely broken; o tried to explain there was nothing to screw the feet into. Refused any accountability and made it like it was my fault an item I bought in brand new condition in the store was broken after I bought it. I still can’t get over her asking me if I had flipped the thing over; she was there with me in the store the whole time, she knows it was level and the feet were there. She’s also the one that told me there were no issues or missing parts when I bought it.
Just know if they deliver your stuff and it’s broken neither they nor the delivery people will take responsibility at all, and they might suggest that it was...

They will throw it back on the customer as if plugging in a new refrigerator would cause it not to cool. Then was told they would trade out for a new one that wasn't even comparable to mine. Then got hung up on by the girl in the Searcy office because she got smart and I got pist. Please save yourself some grief and go to a legit company!!!!!! I'm also going to file a complaint with the city and whomever I can to get them run out of town. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
Update: yes they provided a new refrigerator after all the arguing. However, it showed up with missing bins which they are trying to find or rob off another refrigerator. Made another trip to grab the bins, get home and they are still wrong. Been dealing with this situation for 8 days now. Not sure who has time to deal with this but I sure do NOT.

I had to buy a new pump off Amazon to get it working. Be aware of what you buy and get it checked out bc they have a no return policy.
