I regularly purchase the same item from your store — a small pack of 3 Kings coal. Every time I come during the day, regardless of which employee is working, I’m consistently charged $3.99. However, whenever I come in around 6:30 AM and deal with the man who claims to be the manager, the price is suddenly $4.99. When I pointed this out and showed him a photo of my receipt proving the $3.99 price, he admitted he was wrong. Yet, the following week, he claimed the other employees were charging me incorrectly and that prices change weekly — which I know is untrue. If the price truly is $4.99, I have no issue paying that. The issue is the inconsistency and the feeling that this “manager” is making up prices on the spot. His dismissive attitude and refusal to correct the situation only make it worse.
