I found your store searching distributors of BLUE RIDGE dog food 3-31-25, and around 7:30 p.m. I called your store. Very happy to find you selling this exceptional quality RAW MEAT dogfood closer to me than Boss Bros. in Loganville ! I do intend to ride over in the next few days from Covington, but I feel I must share my phone experience, my FIRST impression of your business. Employee Lauren answered the phone in a way that surprised me and made me feel like she was holding the front door open for me with a smile on her face to welcome me into your store and help me with the best of her ability. With “customer service” seeming to be a lost art these days, I thanked her ! I am “old fashioned” or at least that’s how many of us oldsters are described as we go about the business of every day life expecting to be treated with respect and as “valued customers”. I was a high school student at 14 years old when I got a part time job at S.H. KRESS & Co on “10 St.” in Atlanta. How lucky was I that these good folks put enough faith in me to teach me and train me up with the values and experience that I would build on for the rest of my working life. THANKYOU and thanks...

Such a cuteeeeee place....

I dog sat for a friend n my dogs ate all his dogs food (n vice-versa u know dogs, owww i wnt that one) so needless to say I came for that special type of dog food.

I was also able to find an ear flush that worked magic on my puppy.... it cleansed but also took down the swelling, and he seems a lot less irritated...

We paid n went to leave, n I noticed they even have a cute, locally made type section in the front with the cutest house nacks... so I had to double back to the register.

Then noticed, they also had a BONE BAR with alllllllll the goodies... in chicken, pork, and beef... pick ya choose!!!!!! We got the large 2' ish chicken sticks they were only 2.99 all natural, and my pups loved them too....

N theh had live chicks and everything to make sure they thrive... 🤸🏽‍♀️ They have everything, in every brand for like every animal... 🤸🏽‍♀️

We bought 4 chicks from them and they all died within 8 hours. We called and the young lady's told us they would have a manager call us back....Never happened! We called again and was told the owner would call us to try and fix the issue and again a day goes by and no call. We called again and this nice young lady (very nervous) said she talked to the owner and they can give us loyalty points for the refund. I understand that nothing is guaranteed but most places that sell chicks have a 24-48 hour guarantee from the supplier. When we called they told us no one else complained but after seeing many posts on our local Facebook feeds that's not true, a lot of people bought and lost there chicks. We paid $9 a chick so its not a small amount lost, we try and shop at local places but this is becoming the norm with small owned businesses. I'm mostly disappointed in the fact that the manager and owner had this nice young lady tell us the info after we called 4 times....
