Pippin’s BBQ Conyers — Restaurant in Georgia

I don’t normally post reviews. But this one was so bad I had to share so that people of color will think twice before going!! This place is straight racist!!! They really deserve a ZERO!! I walked in with no greeting (as always) and was second in line. The cashier was horrible and was taking her time and talking to the gentleman in front of me too long. Every time I visited I would always feel unwanted, so this was the last draw. Now When it was my turn ,the phone rang and she took the phone order before taking mine. Mind you, I had been waiting 10 minutes while she talk to the Caucasian man in front of me. I questioned her and she said that’s how they do it (take phone orders first) then asked for a manager and the cook came out with an attitude and said phone customers are just as important. And I agree ALL customers are important, but I do know when customers are physically in the restaurant their orders are taken first and if a call comes in they are placed on hold momentarily. Everyone knows this is how it’s done. Pippins is the ONLY place I’ve had this experience. And since this is how they run their racist business, I will NEVER go back. And I will surely be spreading...

This cook is super racist towards black people. I ordered a 3 chicken tenders basket that comes with fries and a drink like the menu say for $11.99. I was given 1 tender and fries. When we let the cashier know about the missing tenders, the cook came out and we were told the tenders were given by weight. I told the lady well your sign and menu say 3 tenders. She said it's a miss print. What the heck, that's not my fault your sign and menu says that. I want my missing tenders. I then asked for my money back. I said it again turning to my husband clapping that i want my money back. She then yells at me screaming dont be clapping at her. So yes I clapped again because you aint my mother and these are my hands. She was VERY RUDE and nasty. Telling me to never come back to her establishment. I will GLADLY never go back, but best believe I will be spreading the word around to my people to never patron this establishment. The cashier girl was nice though. All the lip and attitude came from the cook. Smh...its a sad world we live in. All I wanted was what I asked...

Oh my God I got a review from a customer that this was the best barbecue I went to the store for the first time the greeter was very nice I got my food fast I couldn't eat my food right away so I had it for about 3 hours before I ate it when I open my plate the ribs were barely edible the ribs were burnt and dry and even trying to put water and the sauce they were not able to be eaten they were the absolute worst baby back ribs I've ever seen or tasted whoever made my plate gave me ribs that was old I will never go to this place ever again that was the worst expedited plate I've ever seen to come out of a restaurant it doesn't even matter that the beans the baked beans were okay and the bread was fresh I could not even bite the ribs or pull the meat off the ribs bone because it was so dry that is a awful presentation to give a person that has never been to this establishment before.
