My child had been a part of the Springfield Christian Academy School since she was 3 months old. We have always had a positive experience with them until this school year. My child was in the Per-K class this year at Springfield and things have defiantly changed. My child came home on December 16, 2022 and told me that her teacher had yanked her up by her arm causing her to be in pain to the point that she was crying. When addressing this issue with the director on December 19, 2022 she quickly took the side of her staff and decided to question my child without a parent present on the situation. Also when talking to them more about the situation as well as the teacher the story about what took place on that day kept changing and it didn’t add up. On December 19, 2022 I requested to see the video footage of the incident that took place but the director, assist direct, head of HR and Security gave me the run around for weeks and informed me that we could have a meeting to discuss the situation after the New Year on January 3, 2023. At the meeting the head of security informed me that it would take too long and too much man power to look through 8 hours of footage and wouldn’t be doing that nor would he be showing me the video. After getting in contact with Bright from the start on January 13, 2023 they informed me that they would investigate the situation and request the footage. On February 2, 2023 Bright from the Start reached out to me to let me know that Springfield no longer had the footage so they claimed and that the investigation was closed. Springfield failed my daughter and didn’t protect her so I would advise all parents to not send their kids there. They care more about their reputation and staff then they do the safety of...

I absolutely LOVE my church. In fact I joined this church about 9 months ago. I’ve grown so much over the course of these 9 months. This past weekend was nothing short of astonishing. 19 members of Springfield were baptized and I was one of them. To God be the Glory. I love this church again I just say. I am an adult in Y generation andI tell you what, I DO NOT PLAY ABOUT MY CHURCH. Lol seriously. The more I grow within this church the more God shows himself in and throughout my life’s day to day task. God has changed another story. Also I must add that I love my Pastor and First Lady. Listen to me y’all the staff is ASTONISHING. Nowhere is perfect. However majority rules, the love and transparency that flows from the head down ushers the Holy Spirit in before anyone enters the sanctuary. I love it here and if you are in the process of finding a place to call home…I am going to 10/10 recommend this...

Attended a graduation for the college I work for that was held at Springfield on 5/18/19. The building and grounds are beautiful, the staff are wonder & friendly. Met a wonderful woman when my crew stopped by the day before to drop off some supplies & props. I think her name is Liz, I believe she's a church member that works with the daycare or childcare I believe. She was kind, friendly, very welcoming, funny, just a genuine spirit & pleasant nature.
