Just saying, more workers means more profit. I don't understand how almost every subway I've been to in Conyers (and all around Georgia as whole as well) think that having ONE PERSON taking care of the whole store if profitable or workable. That's how people leave and don't stay working at Subway long.
I've seen so many different people who work at each location with one location (not this one to my knowledge) going through at least 4 managers/assistant managers each time I've gone there.
My problem with this Subway is the fact that I placed an Online Order and expected my order to be completed by the time I get there. And when I get there it isn't done yet. Not even started and there is a line of at least 4 other people standing waiting to get their meals made. And I didn't leave with my order until 40 minutes after the time the app said it would be ready. This is unacceptable.
I remember when I worked at Subway (not this one) my manager exclaimed the importance of SPEED. You can't just sit there making the sandwich at the speed of snail, you need to get the sandwiches going out the door and being helping the next customer immediately. Sure that Subway was in the city so it had a lot more traffic especially being connected to a gas station, but that should still apply to all the other Subways out there.
If you're stuck with one person at a location the least you can do is get them to move faster with everyone's orders. If not then stop leaving one person working in...

They had no microwave, one employee said they have one but it's not for the customers...They also only had only 2 cheese options, neither of them I liked so I had to settle for American cheese and lastly they were so sloww it took them 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches!!! One employee even knocked all our toppings off sandwich..didn't even apologized or acknowledge that she did it. She just tried to put them bck on quickly. They had no public bathroom. They watched me walked to bathroom and didnt say anything and lastly the line behind us was so long of 8 ppl, 4 ppl walked out angry after waiting for over 25 minutes then at checkout it took the employee 15 minutes to check us out. Was in there for over 45 minutes for 2 SANDWICHES!! They were even out of macadamine nut cookies, so I had to settle for oatmeal and The cookies with my meal was horrible. They were hard and old. dont recommend going it's a waste of time. The sandwiches wasnt even good without the provolone cheese and having to warm it up yourself at home. Sandwich was a 2 out of ten. They had no microwave, no cheese, no public bathroom, no bottle sodas, and no macadamia nut cookies. WORST...
Read moreSo my daughter orders a kids meal turkey (she couldn’t get roast beef) the man literally puts 2 thin slices of meat on that this bread. When I asked for a few more pieces he said o would be charged for a 6 inch. Ultimately stated that I would just pay extra for the meat. I had a six in chicken sweet onion. So the man attempts to put that cold meat on my bread without warming it up! They usually will ASK you if you wanted it melted or toasted. So without asking, he just toasted it. So we move down the line to the other worker, who was either having a bad day, or just didn’t want to be there all together. She told me that she had to charge me for a inch because of the few extra slices of meat. No to workers were not customer oriented at all! Maybe I’m spoiled with the subways I’m Covington, we’ll one ☝️ of them, but I’ve never been so frustrated. I know it’s the holidays and that they hit different for people, but you woke up this morning and you have a job. I will never go back to that subway again.
