This is probably the most beautiful waterfall I’ve seen in ages! There is a nice hiking trail that follows the river. From the parking lot you’ll see cascades first, then 2 waterfalls and finally Burgess Falls. You can wade in the water at the cascades but not at Burgess Falls (of course). Well...

We had an amazing time. We drove from about an hour and a half away got there around 11:30, no issues with parking, the staff at the store there were amazing, very courteous and professional. The hike to each fall was well worth it, they were beautiful. I highly recommend...

Most epic kayaking experience in Tennessee 😍 You’re definitely going to want to do this! 📍Burgess Falls is a 136ft waterfall & state park in Tennessee, only a 1.5 hour drive away from Chattanooga. The base is only accessible by water (can’t hike to the bottom!) 🛶 🥳 For my friend Kelli’s birthday, we booked @KayakingAdventuresofTN as our outfitter guides and I can’t recommend them enough! They are simply the best AND a small business (just 2 of them, Eddie & Tara) which I will ALWAYS support as a small tour guiding business owner myself 🫶🏼 Their trips are no rush, and they really make sure you have an amazing time and treat you like family! This was our 2nd time booking with them 🩵 THE TRIP: - $55 plus tax - They provide everything you need for paddling - Easy 2 mile paddle to the falls & back - Flat water & great for beginners - Pack a lunch to eat at the falls! - Trip lasts from 9:15am CST to 3:30pm CST - No pets on tour ☀️Be sure to follow them and check this out before summer ends! #kayaking #tennesseewaterfall #kayakadventures #tennesseestateparks #kayakingadventuresoftennessee
