Bought a very expensive car and bought what I assumed was a good battery and for $75 it should have been. Ran the car one time and it wouldn’t charge back up. I take it back and they tell me the battery is no good. They said I wasn’t suppose to leave it plugged in to the car. Why, could they have not told me that when I bought it? They also ask if I carried the vehicle out in a box and I said yes and they said that most of the time they take them out of the box and show you how to use them and when I told him they did not do that his reply was I should have read the instructions. In my lifetime experiences I have always left batteries attached who would have thought you had to detach these. We ran the car once plugged it back up to recharge and tried to run it again and it didn’t work. I think the battery was bad to begin with. Never offered to replace the battery or even offer a discount on another battery. I was more than willing to accept 50% of the blame. But I never even received an I’m sorry from them much less a discount. So buyers beware!!!! And be sure to read instructions and detach those batteries!!! And buy from someone who actually appreciates...

I had gone in once looking for helicopter parts. After looking around at all the other items they had I started asking questions and LOTS of them. All the employees were extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I was trying to decide between two different trucks I wanted and asked so many questions I would have gotten aggravated if I was in thier shoes but they never did. They not once ever tried pushing an item on me and were very good at finding the answers to my bombardment of questions. They didnt rush me to make my decision and were adamant that I waited until I was sure about my choice. Once I decided and bought my truck I have been back many times and purchased a few other things. They always help me with any issues I have and also fun just to go there and chat with them on lunch break. Thier prices are amazing and so far they have been at or lower than internet prices. Honestly if it wasn’t for a young man doing his very best I would have walked out of that store completely…. This lady that was there was not only rude from first interaction but every single thing that was thrown at her to rectify my issue with my traxxas 1/10 scale 2wd truck (One of the most COMMON RCs there is) wasn’t going to work without spending the very most on stuff I truly did not need. I left the store in disappointment because what I needed I later figured out they had in stock. Now, due to there “return policy” I am forced to keep this battery and bracket I absolutely DID NOT NEED due to her simply not wanting to help me. The young man did his very best but everything he was trying to fix she kept saying wouldn’t work. If it not been for him I would have spent 80 more dollars.
