Starbucks — Restaurant in Cookeville

I’ve been going here for years in college and never had any complaints. It’s very expensive for the coffee. But the baristas can’t change that so I understand.

Unfortunately for the past couple of days, I asked for oat milk only for my shaken espressos which is normal. I’ve watched the same one girl multiple times put regular milk in my coffee. Both times the coffee hasn’t tasted good either. I’m not sure if she just runs out of oat milk and doesn’t want to get another… I’m not sure what she’s doing but she might need more training.

I would really appreciate it if she wouldn’t do that anymore and just only put oat milk as requested in my coffee. I have a hard time with diary and oat milk has been a good alternative for me. I asked them if she only put oat milk in it, and she asked what the order was and said yes. She might’ve just forgot but please just don’t do that...
