Contracted Seland's about some flooring.... first met with Tim and it was top notch... knowledgeable helpful all the way through..... initially scheduling went smooth....the day before the install they called and wanted to reschedule for 2 days later.... he'll be there at 9:30 Thursday.... nobody showed up ... called at 10 and asked if we were still on for today....they said yes but we can't get a hold of the installer.....in other words they knew at 9 there was going to be a problem..... regardless of the reason.....you owe it to a customer to let them know.....seems like everyone's time is important except the customers ...... careful with the scheduling if you...

I am thrilled with how my new floors turned out! I can’t believe how good the luxury vinyl looks, and the carpet that was recommended to me is perfect! It really transformed my new place and ties the look together with the existing wood doors and their colors. I had them tear out my old carpet and replace with vinyl. My entire experience with Seland's from start to finish was excellent. The lady that helped me pick it out was so nice. And the guy that installed it was a really hard worker,put up with my dogs wanting to help, and he was very professional. I can't say enough good things. I will definitely use them again and recommend them...
