There is little to NO good customer service at this store. Employee's do not acknowledge you with a "hello" "good morning" nothing while walking in. I buy a large amount of bird seed/bird feeders and suet squares a few times a month among other things for my chickens. We spend a lot of $$ at this store. The lady checking me out was very unpleasant, rude and very grouchy. All the other employee's were standing around talking and not doing anything. Nobody offered to help me with carry out. I loaded it all in my cart and upon exiting the store the suet squares fell off my cart and broke. I took everything to my car, loaded it all and came back in to the store to see if I could get the new suet squares. I ended up cleaning up the whole mess while the worker stood there and said " well, guess were going to attract a lot of birds" no one wanted to help clean it up. I asked if I could get a replacement. They said they were not responsible. Give me a break! They are $1.59 where is the customer service here?? We spent a lot of money here like we always do but we will NOT be back. The customer service does not make the trip worth it. BI MART in CB is super awesome about returns and exchanges. The customer service & employee's are ALWAYS willing to help you! We will be bringing our business...

Not very good deals like the parent bi mart. My experience is nearly the polar opposite of local Bi-Mart stores. Some weird deal when if you make eye contact , and are about to be close enough to ask for help, the employees suddenly become quite hurried. Nevermind the fact that you notice a couple of them sitting and carrying on with one another for, perhaps 20-25 mins. .... With a $500 load in my cart , i was apparently still not worthy of help, let alone acknowledgement . Other than a large selection of expensive Western Gucci name brand trendy clothes,that are not priced competitively , the inventory could be found at most local, mom and pop feed stores, or hardware stores. I'm getting burned out on tricking myself into returning there, thinking today's the day it will pay. Some miracle will occur, and attentive employees will direct me to offers that i cant...

The floor staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Clerk's not so much. We have been putting up fencing and spent thousands there recently. I have had to return things that were defective, paid for but not in stock, or the wrong size (our fault) and every single item, even when doing an exchange on an item that never left their store I have to fill out a form with my name, address, and phone number. It is an annoying nuisance! One of the managers does not seem so bright. Maybe she does other things well, but relating well to customers, at least this one, is not her strong point. Still, we keep going back. Overall it is a nice place to shop for farm items. The store is clean and...
