Nice floor room and salesmen came out to sell us what we wanted, however upon ordering my materials to finish my bathroom project, customer services fell flat. I placed an order and the salesmen said they would call me back to get my deposit and kick off the order, never got that call until I called them later that week and found out that the salesmen never placed the order yet, so project set back a week. Fast forward to the next week, never got my courtesy call for when my products were in, when I showed up to pick up they only had half an order for me and never gave me an explanation of what happened. Don't shop here unless you've done your research. They will happily sell you expensive LVP and tell you it will hold up to dog traffic. It won't. We got some very expensive LVP from them and it immediately start scratching. The product has a lifetime warranty that is basically useless. We told Modern flooring about the countless scratches and had them come and look at them. They Said they were sure it shouldn't do that and had their sales rep from the manufacturer come out. Several months later our claim was declined. "Due to rugs not haveing pads under them and a dog that changes direction quickly" do yourself a favor. Get the cheap Pergo stuff. I worked with Modern Floors to do a large project for a commercial building. The ownership changed at the beginning of the project. The new ownership was great. The ownership sent their area manager Kelly over to work out details and to get the project moving forward. Kelly was great to work with, honest, and accommodating.
