Circles In The Sand — Local services in Coos Bay

This was an amazing meditative experience as I volunteered to help "draw the circles". Before the start of the walk, 'Bear' as he is fondly called, the person who started this 11 years ago, talked about the events in his life that started him to draw these circles in the sand. The theme of these practice is LOVE - share love and show love to everyone you meet.

It takes about 30 minutes to completely finish the 'walk'. It's a wonderful touch that they have you pick your 'dream stone' when you start your walk.

I met Denny some years ago before he started doing scheduled draws. We had went to the beach and there was one circle, thought it was pretty cool, walked it, later ran into him there and chatted a bit. Several years later was down at the beach and he had a large draw, it was amazing.
