His Junk/Her Treasures — Local services in Coos Bay

This “Company” posted a item for sale on eBay and FALSELY claimed that it was “New, Unused, and Factory Sealed”; all of which was untrue.

The items were received on time (within a few days of purchase date), however upon initial inspection, the factory seal plastic was not around the outer casing. Instead, clear kitchen wrap was used to “reseal” the outer casing of the product.

After opening the outer casing, and seeing the contents inside, the 3 “factory sealed” packs of cards were clearly resealed, loose, and had visible stretch marks.

I’ve kept the items as is, and have not reopened any of the 3 resealed packages within (assuming the seller had already opened the card packs, removed the valuable randomly placed cards inside, and replaced with “junk” cards). I’ve kept them as evidence and will be submitting them to Oregon State Better Business Bureau.

I promptly contacted the seller asking for a resolution and have not been contacted back.

I will be escalating the issue with eBay Customer Service, Oregon BBB, etc to report the online false advertising and...

Tried to conduct some business with this vendor via eBay. I never received the shipment of items I paid for and after obtaining documentation from the Post Office confirming it was postal error (not delivered to me), I attempted to reach out to Bill to at least agree on a partial refund. I asked for very little in the way of recompense and was completely rejected. As a store owner and someone who should care about customer satisfaction, I do not understand his reaction, given it was not a large value purchase. I was just looking for a little fairness in the attempted exchange. Buyers, please beware of doing business...
