The Locker Room Barber Shop — Local services in Copley Township

I work alot and understand arriving at 5:25 when they close at 6 isnt ideal. The first 4 times I tried to give benefit of doubt cuz it seemed full but when i pay $20 for a 12$ haircut everytime no matter what and arrive to only 2 people waiting and still get sent away, ima be upset. Dude never spent a second over 10min cutting my hair (which would be a HUGE issue for most barbers ,20-30min is standard) so if everyone gets similar haircuts, it shouldnt have been an issue. Im a small business owner an id stay a few extra min for anyone of my customers, especially one who tips as well as i do. Makes me think this review wont matter much cuz to constantly turn away a customer like me is to not care about your business anyway. Wont be turning me away again, i came here for convenience only, not the greatest haircut anyway, wont be returning.

This has no happened to me a couple of times. I walk into the shop and ask how many guys are in front of me? And he says four and I look around and there are two guys sitting in the waiting area??

This has happened before while sitting in the waiting area after while one Marcusus boyz come in from the street and gets his hair cut before ME!!

I have never seen preferential treatment at a barber shop like this before.

I even called Marcus out on this and asked can I can call and get my name on the list this like one of his boyz and looked at me like I he didn't know what I was talking about. He said just call and I'll let you know how many are currently in line.

Marcus is a great barber. Every time I go in I'm very happy with my resulting cut. He remembers me and what I always want and he really gives a caring environment. I have been going to this barbershop ever since I was born and I was worried that when Marcus took it over after the previous owner that it wouldn't be as good. They were some big shoes to fill for me and Marcus does a fantastic job. I always recommend Marcus and I've never heard bad about him. The negative review I see on here bothers me because I have never seen or heard of someone getting "preferential treatment" and I know I'm not one of "Marcus' boys". I'm just a loyal customer to a place that I have been going to for over 20 years. This is the shop I got my first haircut in and I will be eager to take my sons to for their first haircut, and I pray Marcus will be the one...
