WONDERFUL.
Visited for the first time this morning to attend their grand opening... needless to say, I will be back regularly.
The parmesan & leek croissant was warm with a flavorful, creamy filling surrounded by a delicately crunchy flaky shell. I could have eaten a ½ dozen of those alone, but opted to try a cinnamon roll and plain croissant as well.
The cinnamon roll was HUGE and extremely soft with the perfect amount of frosting. I tried the original (they have various frosting options) and it was perfectly packed with cinnamon flavor and not too sweet. Unfortunately, it was not gently put in its bag (and we were not asked if our order was āfor hereā or āto goā - be sure to specify if you want utensils and a tray!), so the picture does not quite do its flavor justice. It was better than it looks!
The croissant was light, flaky, and oh so soft. Went perfectly with a cup of their delicious house blend coffee!

The Southwest filled croissant is my all time favorite bakery brunch item: a flaky pastry, lined with silky eggs & peppers & onions. Itās like a southwestern omelette wrapped in a pastry! My husband loves the almond croissant; says itās the best heās had from any local bakery. Momās favorite is the spinach/feta or the Parmesan/leek⦠depends on the day! The staff is kind and funny and always glad to see their customers.

My mother and I picked up an assortment of croissants and pastries to try; the almond croissant is particularly awesome. What was even more awesome was the helpful and cheerful attitude of the staff - great job everyone!!
