UPDATE Very unprofessional! Owner is upset because of my honest review. And instead of willing to make things better so I can fix the review he calls me a liar. He claimed to be upset because I “lied” of him selling my original tv. When this was what was said in front of my husband. He called and asked if I trusted him and I said I would if he could get my tv fixed and he said that wasn’t a good enough answer and hung up. Then I called back confused if he was still willing to fix the issue and said he would call me back on HIS TIME, when he was ready and hung up again. The owner seems very unprofessional when he comes to something he cannot fix. Not sure why have a tv business if TVs are expected to fail from time to time. Christmas is right around the corner and my family has no tv to sit around and watch especially during a stay-at-home quarantine!! Would not recommend his services. Read down below my previous experience.
Took my 45” Sharp LED tv for repair. It had sound with no picture. They guy said he would take a look at it for $45 and if he could repair it then would charge me extra for the repairs. He ultimately “fixed” the tv. I took it home to find there were small black lines throughout the whole screen. He was willing to repair at no cost. Then he informs me that he couldn’t repair the issue but that he had a replica tv for even trade. When I took that tv home, after 2-3 days it then had a dim dark shade in the middle of the tv. Anything light on the tv would, the dark shade was overly noticeable. The repair guy said He would be willing to repair it again. When I went back he said it was unrepairable and that we were lucky to have picture and sound. He offered me a larger tv for trade. When I asked if I would have to pay more than the $175 I had already paid and he then got defensive and said these tv issues where not his fault and he was trying his hardest to make the customer happy. I even asked if I could just have my old tv back and get a full refund but he told me the old tv was long gone sold. He then offered me to keep the tv as is with the dark shaded screen and refund me $50. I really had no other options so I took back the replica tv and 1 week down the road, the tv now has no sound or picture. So that’s $125 down the drain. Not a good...

When getting my car serviced on Ayers recently I saw that Arcadia was there and went in to ask some advice. I had no idea what to ask for, but the owner did understand what I needed and told me to bring my TV along with the owners manual in so he can look at it. I did so the next day and Arcadia was able to fix my issue within a few minutes. The thing that made me so happy was that they took the time to tell me what they did as well show me where I can find the solution should I have a problem in the future. I do believe in taking the time to educate the consumer as a common courtesy and want to thank Arcadia for extending this service to me because they could have fixed the issue and have me come back and spend more money in the future when I have the problem. Read moreI tried to leave my review earlier. Wouldn let me post. Whom ever has anything negitive to say about this man is crazy I went to many places to try to fix a volume problem with the TV. And everyone prices were so I thought about throwing it away and just buy another one. It was a volume control problem that every one wanted to charge me in the 100 to fix. On my way home I saw arcadia. O stopped there. He was generous enough to help me brinf. It out. It was less the $40 to fix the problem. And was fixed with in the hour. Wow. AMD he is extremely kind and genwrous6. So generous I tried to tip him and he refused to take it. Please please go to him. TV or even stereos too. His prices are nuat so low. Don't go out and rebut and spend money when this man can fix it foe practicixally. Nothing.
