First and foremost, this establishment needs better staff and ones with manners and proper training. Other than the manager. He was very understanding and helpful. Now to begin, we walked into the establishment and the first thing said to me was you need a mask. My reply "i have a medical exemption" she walked off and we stood there for a solid 10 minutes before they decided to stop hovering over the prep table having a pow wow.. then someone finally decided to take our order and allow us to pay. As the lady walked up to help, she stated that since i have a "medical exemption" i HAVE TO STAY AT THE TABLE THE ENTIRE TIME I AM THERE AND CANNOT GET UP! Like im some kind of child being disciplined for not being ABLE to follow the rules. First of all, i cannot help that i have this medical condition but secondly im feeling very discriminated against, because of my condition. I cannot go enjoy my sons birthday because i cant wear a mask? I continued over to the games anyway, and here comes another lady telling me that i have to have on a mask. I proceed to tell her that i have a medical exemption and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME, SPOKE UNDER HER BREATH and walked away. After that i could have cried. I went and found the manager and explained to him my situation and he was very understanding and said that he would speak to the staff and for me to enjoy my sons birthday. I tried to.. but at that point it was very unwelcoming. If ANYONE comes in not wearing a mask, they should not be questioned. I should not have to tell them why im not wearing one, unless they plan on paying my medical bills. After this mess i was very uncomfortable in this establishment, as the staff were all huddled around the table in the kitchen chatting about the situation and carried on while other guests started arriving. There was absolutely no buffet or salad bar as advertised, the food was way over priced and We didnt even get to finish our meal because i felt like i was being harrassed and just ready to go. Oh. And they had like 5 games that are open to play. So it was a total waste of money from the tokens to the food. We left and went to Dave and Busters where i was not one time questioned or harassed about a mask. That was our first and last visit to Peter...
Read moreWARNING!! This place must be under new management, the guy with dark hair & glasses is a complete A-hole to customers. The employees were very uncomfortable around him so there was clear workforce tension. He follows you very closely behind inspecting your every move while you play with your children, & it is very creepy! (I took my kiddos to the lunch buffet & to play games.) While my husband played with our son, I pushed our daughter in her stroller & he just kept following me. Later when we went back to our table all of our cups etc had been thrown away. This had never happened before & we were only gone 10 mins at the most. I purchased another drink but before refilling it went to check on my husband & children. He abruptly stopped me & very rudely proceeded to tell me I was to immediately throw my non used empty cup away or to leave the premises. I explained that they had thrown our other drinks out & he said "well they're supposed to tell you to finish everything at your table before you come to play area". But yet there are signs that say no unsupervised children.. soo little kids like to walk around, then eat a little, then go play, then eat a little, etc so I guess be prepared to choose between eating or playing games with your children, but not both..apparently they're very strict here now. I tossed the empty cup & we proceeded to leave, even after spending ($100 for about 30 mins on food & tokens that we did not get to use) & we observed him being just as rude to an elderly man playing with his grandson!! WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK. What happened to the manager named Crystal? She was super nice & had great...
