I have been a loyal customer of this boutique for years and was excited about their new location. During my visit, I inquired about the availability of a ladies' room and was told by the employee that they did not have one. I accepted this without issue. However, minutes later, I overheard another lady asking the same question and receiving a different response—she was told there was indeed a ladies' room. I mentioned to her at checkout, and said that the policy should be the same for all customers, the employee simply laughed and said "sorry". They need to tell customers this in time of purchase, it’s not even written on receipt or displayed anywhere in the store about there return policy!!! I really wanted to like June’s Boutique, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff showed little to no interest in helping customers, and it felt like I was bothering them just by asking simple questions. There was no greeting, no offer of assistance, and no effort to make the shopping experience enjoyable.
