I.O.O.F. Event Center — Local services in Corsicana

If I could give 0 stars I would. The way the Quinceañera on May 6, 2023 was shut down and handled was a disgrace. This family was not even given a chance to make things right which wasn’t even their job that is why security is paid to not allow things like this to happen. The amount of planning, time, thousands of dollars that goes into a celebration like this is indescribable. These parents and family getting up every single day to go to work to be able to afford this celebration is something that they will never get back. The cake had not even been cut yet, the musical performances which cost thousands were not even able to complete their performances. All the family and friends that also spent money to prepare for this event traveling to make it to this once in a lifetime day. Imagine your wedding being cancelled. I promise this management and officer who are incompetent would never allow this to happen to them or their family. It’s so unethical and they have no empathy for others. They handled this event like it’s just an insignificant day. I urge you to not do business with I.O.O.F....

Super unprofessional staff. Did not let people in due to “being at capacity” even family and people that played important roles in the party were not being let back in, and above that shut down the party super early for underage drinkers that THEY could not control. They kept switching up the reasons for the shut down and we’re not considerate in the amount of time and money spent for that one special night. This is not the first time, same thing happened a couple weeks ago at a wedding. So unless you want to pay a lot of money just for your party to get shut down I suggest you not book...

Horrible after last night they cut those people party at 9pm! very unprofessional they could've came to an agreement with those poor people that paid all that money to make their daughters dream come true. No way they couldve controlled all those teenagers from coming in and getting ahold of alcohol so they say ... that the whole point security was hired to keep it under control. Oh wait! That's right he was being lazy and got up and left because he said noone was...
