Hair Extension shop — Local services in Costa Mesa

Buyer be aware!!! First time buying my extensions. The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly. There is a Huge selection of hair extensions. I asked for advice what would be the best quality for less money. Also wanted to make sure it was 100% human hair. The girl suggested pretty reasonably priced 5 bundle package with pretty blond wavy hair. The package says 100% human hair. After 3 hours at the hair stylist and $$$ I was pretty satisfied with the results. My prior hair extensions lasted almost 8 month. I got it from my hairstylist girl that moved away. I colored and curled them and had no issues before The extensions I bought at the Hair Shop started to tangle very badly few weeks after I got them. I couldn’t understand why! It got worse and worse Every time after I washed my hair. I tried to use all kinds of detangling products Eventually I had to cut chunks of hair because they were completely unmanageable. I was wondering why part of my hair were fine but some would tangle very badly. I inspected the tangled hair that I had to cut of my head and realized that the reason behind it was that the extensions were mixed with synthetic hair!! I was super upset over this. Now I have to replace them which is gonna cost me $$$ to purchase the new ones and pay for the installation! This is Complete false advertising and misrepresentation of hair product! I took the hair to my friend’s lab to confirm my suspicions. It is so upsetting that this Company lies to their clients! This hair shop should be held responsible for selling fake...

It's expensive not worth your money.. it was my very first time to get hair extension.. I thought I found a good place to go get it done even if i had to pay $750 for it.. I was told to come back before 2 months to redo it with the cost of $250.. please do not listen to them because in the end I paid $600 for my second visit and then 4-5 days later the extension was falling off so I immediately called them and had to go back to have it fixed.. within 2-3 days it was close and falling off again.. but then this time they ignored to reply or call back.. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place at all.. I wish I could post the lose and falling hair extensions...
