This is the most friendly community clubhouse! Staff and volunteers clearly love their jobs, and residents and their guests are very prideful of this community building. A fitness center, replete with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and recumbent bikes, dumbbells, benches and LifeTime fitness equipment that is well maintained. Air conditioning and fans throughout the large community room, reading-computer room and fitness center. A newly resurfaced pool deck, a beautiful step-entry pool and jacuzzi, with pool-side rest rooms and shower areas. Plenty of lounging pool furniture. A refrigerator to keep your beverages cold too. There's a covered cobana with tables, and there's also a few bocce ball courts and two horseshoe pits! The main facility's are nice but my problem came when we were at the pool and the older receptionist in yellow at the front desk was enforcing the rules like a dictator with no courtesy in mind. we watched will some kids played in a pool on a hot summer day like we all did growing up splashing about and doing small cannonballs in the corner with a very responsible and watchful mother watching over them there was nothing unsafe about their activities speaking from experience as a lifeguard for over ten years. Please do something about this individual you already have people sign waivers releasing the community of responsibility. LET...

I will have to say this is a mediocre community. The amenities are very nice for those who use them. There are some downfalls, such as getting the color scheme for your home is next to impossible, however they have no problem informing you of the need to paint, and when painting there is exactly no difference. You cannot tell where you left off and where what is "weathered" versus new. I am quite disappointed as I called due to having to replace a garage door and was simply informed it must be painted the same color as the house and we don't know what...
