Called Jeffery on basis of his most positive reviews. Glad I did. By contrast, I had called another shop before finding JJS, and they quickly focused on the age of my computer and how it probably needed to be replaced, and quoted more for a mere diagnosis than Jeffery charged to come to my home 15 min after we talked!, and not only bring my apparently dead computer back to life, but he upgraded my computer in other ways I would never have known to do, and took extra time to educate me both for now and in the coming days.

I was a happy camper after he fixed my computer in 30 min., but he stayed and went the extra mile by his choice. A clear example of someone whose focus is on “how much can I help?”, instead of the more common: 'how little can I do and still get credit/get paid'...

I later thought what a statement that he can run a successful and well-thought-of-business with only his smarts and the tools in his pocket, not needing a shop space and the pressure to make that...
