We had them pick up a headboard that too large to make it up our stairs. They masterfully separated the headboard into two pieces. They later delivered the headboard from their shop in two separate pieces. Once they brought it upstairs, they reattached the decorative, hand carved crest to the top of the headboard. They did such a great job, that you cannot tell that the headboard is actually two peices. Thank you...

Needed a board replaced on a section of my sofa, dropped it off and they replaced everything that was broke and restreched the leather and the piece looks brand new. Very happy with their great customer service and willingness to help me. Will use them again if needed....
