We were having some issues with our pickup on a recent vacation northbound so I stopped into the Council Napa and was really impressed with the quality of people in there. They were absolutely swamped with customers but quickly provided me with the help I needed. I needed a pair of pliers that I did not have in the pickup so I went and grabbed some off the shelf, the manager that was helping me check out pointed out to me that they had a pair that was significantly cheaper and was much better option to just keep in the pickup and he realized that and was willing to help. He could have easily let me spend an extra $30 but had the integrity to do the right thing and look out for the customer. Thank you...

Won’t give discounts to dealers/ or wholesale. customers....very sad for a small town company... wish you the best your a greedy company... ..I use Napa everyday and spend over 500k a year, sorry you can’t use my discount while im up north... trying...
